I feel like I'm wasting all of my time...

Anyways, selling two of my vehicles and buying a BMW. I need something more fun. Cars make me happy so yeah.

Otherwise everything has been the same. Getting laid off from work sucks because I don't have the initiative to go back to work. I mean, the state pays me money every week for nothing. In my mind I'd be a fool to go back to work. But I do the same thing everyday.

Wake up.
Sit around.
Smoke some weed.
Eat some food.
See what my friend's are up to.

And then depending on what happens I take it from there. I wanna get up in the morning and go running but I can't bet back into that habit.

I just want to surround myself with different people and change things up a bit. Too bad some of my friends are mad at me for no apparent reason ever since H2o. Such bullshit. I don't really even have anyone to vent to anymore. No one wants to listen to me. It's good that I'm good at keeping my head up.

I wonder if anyone reads this. I doubt it. That's okay though, because this is for me and not anyone else.

Thursday was awesome tonight in Worcester. I feel bad for everyone who couldnt make it. Ron, Dan and I went there and found out it was sold out but found someone outside to sell us tickets at face value, sweet.

Life has been so bland lately. It's always the same old thing. I notice this same response from other peoples' livejournals as well.

I need something new. I need more friends. The ones I have are great, but I feel like my life has been lacking something. Motivation is hard to find sometimes and being lazy has consumed my life. Everything is the same lately. Sometimes I find myself saying I'd rather stay in than go out with my friends.

I want to plan a vacation. I don't care where I go, but I want to go somewhere for a weekend. H2o in Maryland was an awesome weekend. I wouldn't mind going South...maybe driving to Florida.

Or maybe South Carolina?

Yeah, South Carolina would do it. 54 miles of coastal highway heaven. Sign me up. For real, anyone wanna plan a vacation for sometime in December or January? I'll drive. I just need at least a co-pilot and someone else to split gas with me.

My dad's been kinda cool lately. He decided tonight that every Wen we are going out to dinner and having a father and son catch-up night. Cooooooooool.

He also told me tonight he is leaving his job in Boston in a few months for a higher paying job down the Cape.

What does that mean? Well it's 70 miles and an 80 minute drive from Rehoboth. He knows that's gonna get old quick. So currently he's scouting the market for a new home. It isnt set in stone but I believe in 6-9 months I'll be in: Marion, Fairhaven, Middleboro, Freetown, Lakeville, or Mattapoisett. I guess he wants a house on the water, sweet!

In other news things are alright. I guess I can't complain?

Anyways, yesterday Kyle and I pulled the engine out of his Cabby with NO engine lift. We had it disconnected and out of the car in 4 hours. Not bad at all.

I'm still waiting on the machine shop to finish my engine. I've only got 11 days before the Brokedown. I've got to get the engine back, buy all new motor mounts, seals, gaskets, fluids, wear parts, and all kinds of shit.

I've also gotta find time to pick up the Porsche wheels and wrap them in new tires.

But I can only imagine how my car is going to look with the new wheels. And with the new engine the car should be amazing. I'm excited. It was a lot of money and hard work so far but it was definitely worth it.

LOL.

I love the entires in here from people. Especially when someone complains about something or someone, and then ends up talking to them anyways.

My lifes been swell lately. My friends are bomb. My buddy Kyle is the fucking man. On Monday we're swapping in a new engine for my car. That'll probably take a few days.

Waterfest is on Sunday in NJ. So Saturday at midnight Jon, Kyle, and I are driving down for the show. That should be fun. And then on the way back up from NJ I am stopping and buying a nice set of wheels/tires for my car. 14" BBS RZ's with 195/45/14 Toyo T1R's. MMmmmmmm.

There only a good 5-6 weeks left of summer. I want to do something amazing. Who's up for something fun? I'm thinking of planning a Vermont/NH/Maine camping trip in August.

Yes, I got another new car. This is the FOURTH car I've had in 2007 so far. I can't seem to make up my mind.

This one, I'll keep for a LONG time. It's a VW GTi VR6. Bigger engine, leather, all that yada yada. I'm very happy with it so far. I cannot complain. It rides nice and sounds amazing. Looks exactly like the one below.

In other news, nothing else is really going on. I want to see people I haven't seen in a while, and catch up. Summer is coming. I'm going to be so busy this summer with car shows. I mean, I'm even flying out to Kent, Washington for one.

I cannot wait for summer, that is all.

I finally spent the money and bought a Nikon Digital SLR Camera. I bought two lenses, a memory card and a tripod. Time to get into photography. Now Ive got the stuff to do it, now I need to get some skillz.

I never did end up getting the Rabbit on time, and I'm not going to get it for another weekend (not this one, but the next). Sucks, but it's actually a good thing.

I just cannot wait for warm weather to come so I can apply for my SCCA license and legally race at nearby tracks. That's what this summer will consist of.

I'm gonna use this now to update all the service and modifications my car recieves. But Ill talk about recent stuff too.

Purchased a TT/Dynomax full catback yesterday with 2 1/4 piping. That went on today. Justin and I went to Yarrowsport (the place that held the Primer event) and used their lift to put the exhaust on. Looked at a Ferrari in his showroom, it was receiving an engine swap.

I spied a VERY clean 16v engine in his shop and asked his tech Jesse about it. Jesse told me the engine has FIVE miles on it and was pulled from Yarrow's orange Rabbit rally car. So I'm going back tomorrow when Yarrow himself is there to talk about pricing.

Plans for the 16v engine:

High duration 288 cams
Megasquirt Sns full standalone computer
11.5:1 compression pistons
Ported and polished head
HD valvesprings
Ferra Over sized valves

Hopefully it's under $1000 he wants for it, because I'll take it next week and begin a build. BOO YA!

In other news, the new job is well. It's paying me good money which is going to get dumped back into my car. I've got till April to turn my Jetta into something show worthy for the Primer and Dustoff shows that're nearby. I've got a painting appt for the car in January to get a factory respray, and I'm looking for new wheels as of now.

Big plans, this is going to be fun :D

So just another update. Things have been swell. Last Thursday I went to Warwick RI with Justin and went to the Ocean State Dubs meet. It was cool, met some cool people. Friday, I forget what I did. I think I spent it with Jamie. Ditto for Saturday. Sunday I spent 7 hours changing out the 2 motor mounts and 1 transmission mount in my car. That went well.

Now I'm working. Tonight I'm going to Peabody with Justin and Tobi for another Northshore VW meet. And then Friday is the Plymouth VW meet at Red Robin. Fun stuff.

I'm going to have 7 overtime hours by the end of this week, for a total of FOURTY SEVEN hours. Holy shit. Not bad though, I'm getting $20/hr for overtime :D.

And this week I'm purchasing a swap for my Jetta. I'm taking out the tired old 16v engine and putting something with a little more power in there ;).

Of course 2/3rds of you have no idea what I'm talking about, but no one reads this anyways so its all good!

My new job is AMAZING. I'm taking home $460 this week AFTER taxes :D:D:D. This is exactly what I wanted, another $100 a week more than I made last time. I'm not going to type anymore though, no one reads these or comments anyways. I was just excited.

So lately things have been going quite well. I found the new job I wanted. Took me only 5 days to nail it too. I make $13.00/hr here AND get 50 cents a mile when I travel to put up signs and go to blood drives. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I work for the Rhode Island Blood Center in Providence. It's nice because I'm a marketing assistant and don't sit in an office all day, yay! I've gone to a couple colleges so far like Providence College, and RI College. Next week I hafta go to Brown Univeristy for 3 days, and I fucking hate brown kids.

Other than that, things have been kinda boring. Talked to some people who I havent talked to in a while, which was okay. Hung out with some people that I havent seen in a while. Can't complain I guess. My car has been okay. It decided to eat all the belts in the engine bay the other day, which required a tow to my friends house. We took out the AC compressor and stuff. The new motor mounts go in on friday, should transform the beast, I need a new drivers side axle as well, but I'll get it in due time, I had a tire blow out on 95 a week ago, that sucked. It was at like 1 in the morning and cold as hell. Surprisingly my dad paid for the new tire out of his pocket and didnt even complain.

Christmas is coming soon. I wish it would just pass by quickly. I'm not a fan of xmas for some reason. Probably because I always end up getting nearly nothing, or not what I want/need. Apparently I'm too "old".

I've also been thinking lately about some stuff. How can someone have no direction in life and not care about anything?! How can someone be satisfied with some lame job and lame life with no advancement or plans? Stuff like that boggles my mind. For a long time I was headed in the wrong direction but very slowly I'm advancing and I've got some plans up my sleeve. I recently applied to UTI, Mass Bay College, and JW. I either want to get into a MB tech program for cars, or be the Chef I always wanted to be. Because I can't make 13/hr my entire life, and need something else to do.

That's about it, I have nothing more to really rant about or just let loose

Today was swell. I went to Lakeville and saw my little brothers for the first time in about a year. It's terrible how I neglected to see them for so long. My "little" brother who had cancer is now 5'9 180lbs and towers over me. HOLY FUCK! Aaron is huge! Derrick is still short, but he's clever, smart and cute so he makes up for it.

Everything is going well, but it's been boring lately. Lets make plans. Ready, go!

So I’ll update again since I hardly ever do anymore.

Things have been alright. I’m at work right now and I’m doing nothing but sitting here on my computer. Wicked fun. The alternator belt on my Jetta decided to fray itself and shit the bed. So tonight after work I’ve gotta take it to J-mans crib and have him replace it for me. I’m currently so broke. I had like $3,500 dollars last Saturday and now I have $44, hahaha. Whatever, it all went to something good. I’m stuck working tomorrow morning because I took the day off on Wednesday; it’s all good though.

It’s rather funny. I can finally drive, yet have no desire to drive anywhere farther than 10 miles away. It’s cool though, I’ll head to Lakeville maybe this weekend or something next weekend.

I kinda want a new job. $12.50/hr is good, don’t get me wrong. I just want more money. The most I can bring home after taxes for one week is like $400 dollars. That’s good money, but I want more. I want to find a job that’ll pay me $15.00/hr. So I’ve been searching around lately.

Other than that everything else is just the same old. I want to drive to Florida or NY or something. I wanna take a vacation. I think I’m gonna start putting away $50-$75 a week for a vacation in February. I REALLY wanna drive somewhere, maybe South Carolina. They have this amazing 60+ mile stretch of costal highway heaven.

Anyone wanna go? I’m pretty serious about it. I’ll drive and I’ve technically got four seats. February should be good for 60-70 degrees during the day. That’s all I need, not beach weather. Just something to get away to for 5-7 days.

It took $1,000 dollars, but my license is reinstated. Ever since January I haven't had it due to driving to endanger charges. I had to go to a hearing officer today to sort it out, it went well.

This time I get to drive it home and won't need to find anyone else to. Woo hoo. Then I'm registering it sometime next week. ITS ABOUT FUCKING TIME. It's really weird too. The car I'm getting this sunday is the exact same make, model, and color as the one I totaled last time.

I probably should've died in that accident. No, I DEFINITELY should've died in that accident. An 80mph head on collision and I literally walked away from the accident without ANY injuries.

What's even more crazy is this car has the exact same wheels as my last car did too. The owner bought them from tire rack just like my other car. It's literally a mirror image of my old one. I see it as a sign, like a second chance. Things are gonna be sweet.
